How to Create a Vision Book..

Visualise this thing that you want, see it, feel it, believe in it. Make your mental blue print and begin to build.

Hey SheEO’s, Welcome back!

So over the weekend I finally created my vision book. I thought it would be amazing to share how I created this and how I plan on manifesting the things that I have put in it. Initially, I bought a board of amazon to create this but due to my small space of living it just wasn’t practical so.. I came up with the vision book. Easier in terms of space and better to indulge in day in and night. So enough of the chitty chat.

This is how to create your vision book:

  1. Write down a list of things you want to have, this can be anything from your dream home to a pair of socks. Honestly, absolutely anything and everything.
  2. Search for images of these things on Google and save them to a desktop or usb where you will be able to access them easily to print.                                                         (A little tip: Include pictures of your favourite quotes and affirmations – Pinterest is amazing for this)
  3. Buy an A3/A2 sketch book from amazon or your local supply store. As well as some prittstick or glue and a big gold/bright marker pen (optional)
  4. Print the images that you have saved out.
  5. Choose a day when you are feeling very positive, maybe put on some calming music, your favourite podcast or motivational video.
  6. Begin to create your vision book, this is self explanatory. Do it in whatever way works best for you and think nothing but positive thoughts and the feelings of obtaining these things.

There you have your vision book!

Place the book in a place of easy access. Every morning before starting your day look through your vision book as a constant reminder of why you are working hard and to give your goals and your day purpose. Better yet, do this either or every evening before going to bed and visualise obtaining these very things. In order to manifest these visions into your life it is very important to be conscience of your thoughts and feelings. For example: your dream car. Look at it, close your eyes and visualise it right in front of you. Imagine buying the car, getting into the car, picture the interior exactly as you’ll want it, driving the car etc. Really go into your imagination and feel the feelings and embrace it as if you have it now. Do this religiously and watch your dreams come to reality.

Hope this was very helpful!

Comment below and let us know how your doing with your vision book and what you have managed to manifest into your lives.

All the best SheEO’s
